W. Texas Wind Fighter
This Texas Wind Fighter is a real beauty. The hand forged blade features 1084/15N20 steels as does the guard, and collar that, as always, has been forged in our forge. It also features a textured stainless steel spacer to finish off the distinguished look. The extremely comfortable handle is beautiful African Blackwood burl. Blackwood isn’t real easy to come by but Blackwood burl is almost impossible to find but when you do find it, it it adds a very distinctive one of a kind beauty. The blade is 5.5” long and the knifes overall length is 10.5”
As with every knife from Big River Forge every aspect of this knife is hand forged and finished from raw materials to finished product by American Bladesmith Journeyman Bladesmith Charles Carpenter.
This knife also comes with a hand crafted and custom fitted sheath that has also been hand made by Charles Carpenter-JS
